We are proud of Clark Graham, Acting Director of Chuuk-based SHIP-HOOPS, Inc for writing a letter to Dr. Rachel Wong, Director of the Department of Human Services for the State of Hawaii advocating for decent health care for COFA citizens in Hawaii. In the letter, Mr. Graham reflected on the US as a nation of immigrants from his Irish ancestors to the Japanese, Chinese, Europeans, and other nationalities who make up the US population.
