Guam’s Naval Hospital will treat migrants

The government of Guam can refer migrants from the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Palau and the Republic of the Marshall Islands to Naval Hospital Guam for health care if space is available, the military leadership on Guam confirmed.

    …and I thought the Compact of Free Association started in 1986? will it be possible for Uncle Sam to overlook the “military denial” right we sold him via the COFA, which will outlive the financial provision of the Amended COFA by 50 or 60 years? Additionally, when do we know when and “if space is available” at Guam Naval Hospital? How do we compromise this pre-condition with our emergency patients?
